Blue photo printed on cachet #3162 for this 100' Woban Class harbor tug by Alvin Eckert, USCS #9964. Cover franked with a 3 cent USN stamp #935 from 1946 and a 73 cent flag coil stamp #5875 (FDOI). This new vessel was at docked when the 7 December 1941 attack began. Her crew was able to get underway and was the first vessel on the scene of the USS Arizona's burning hull. She was called off due to the expected magazine explosion and fought fires on the Nevada as well as de-watered the battleship USS California.
