Description: This is a Black 2 bar system. This is a Vantech custom "DYI" system. Please take your time and review the process and work needed to complete the system. Average install time for a 1 bar system is 45 minutes. The system is a clamp on to the factory drip rails. Make sure there is at least 1/2" of clearance on top of the drip rail. This will allow the upright (H55) to sit on top. Sometimes on high tops van the fiberglass and caulking can get in the way. There is no drilling involved on the vehicle itself, but is required on the roof rack. The sleeve (H55) will required drilling onto the upright (H50) as shown in the picture gallery. Product INFORMATION:This system can hold 250-450lbs depending on where crossbars are positioned. The Cross bars is 2" x 1" rectangular 14 gauge heavy duty. Mounting upright are 11 gauge at the base and are galvanized before powder coating. The Mounting uprights are 8" extra wide base at 28.5" Maximum total height. The Base is welded complete onto upright post for complete seal. There are four 3/4" eyehook per mounting upright There is absolutely No drilling required for installation (drilling required for assembly), secured with drip rail clamps. The drip rail clamps are 11 gauge galvanized steel & powder coated 2" x 8" dipped in rubber top and bottom. Rubber cap on the upright post prevents wind noise and water leaking into post.
