VAR Art 90/968/969 1-1/8" & 1-1/4" Head Tube Facer/Reamer Bicycle Frame Building

Description: For sale are VAR head tube reamers for 1-1/8" and 1-1/4" headsets, a facer that will face head tubes up to 42mm in diameter and a machine arbor with pilot. These cutters will also fit VAR handles for hand machining. I believe the VAR number is 33 or 36......not included in this sale. If using the machine arbor you will need a "rest" to hold the end of the head tube not getting machined. Also, not part of this sale. These are used and are very sharp. There are no chips or chunks missing from the cutting edges. In 49 years of frame building we found VAR cutters to hold up better than other brands. As always, use a good quality tapping fluid lubricant and only turn in a clockwise direction. No returns or refunds.
