The stamps are:- 19p Robert The Bruce (Battle of Bannockburn, 1314) 26p Cavalier and Horse (English Civil War) 44p War Graves Cemetery, The Somme (World Wars) 64p Soldiers with Boy (Peace-Keeping) An Isle of Man cupro-nickel crown coin celebrating Armistice Day 1918 and bearing the Greenwich 2000 logo is encapsulated on the cover. Certificate of authenticity and a Benham guarantee. Limited edition of 4000 covers, few signed. This is cover 1554. Signed by John Kenneally who served in the British Army, Royal Artillery and the Irish Guards. He was awarded the Victoria Cross for his bravery when he was only 22. He was remembered in Winston Churchill’s famous speech on 13.5.1945. Sadly died in 2000. Set of 4 stamps postmarked:- Soldiers, Britain at War, Whitehall, London SW1, 5.10.99.
