All zippers work well have have their signature Vera Bradley branded ribbons attached. Unfortunately, the case will NOT come with the detachable strap. There is one external pouch pocket one one side and one external zippered pocket on the other. The inside is clean and has a movable rectangular guard/rest that attaches with a hook & loop fastener.
