Go figure... This Live Steam Engine is in Very Good Condition.It has been fired but was well cared for and distilled water was used (rare).It is complete, including the original box that is in good condition.Please be known that Mamod used the same box for the steam shop. This is the original box. The engine is all original.It has been air tested (video) and should not give much trouble to operate on steam. Sometimes, an older gasket has dried up, needing replacement. Hopefully, that won't be the case. That was 65 years ago. I have been collecting them for 25 years and I am now 74. None of my descendants is interested in the collection, so I decided that it was time to liquidate.
