Description: No Reserve!!! A unique rare stereoview of a home or castle in the town of Bruhl in Germany possibly by Jouvin circa 1860s. The view is titled on the front in French as "Ville de Bruhl per Vienne Allemagne no. 158" which translates to "Town of Bruhl near Vienna Germany". I assume this is the Bruhl Germany near Cologne and Bonn but I believe Vienna Austria was part of the German Confederation before 1866 and it could have been what is now Bruhl Austria. The stereo effect between the path in the foreground and the building in the background is very nice. The photographer is possibly Hippolyte Jouvin or another good photographer out of France who did European views in the 1860s. I will combine shipping with any of my other stereoview auctions AND I will ship internationally I am starting to sell my large collection of Stereoviews (10k left) again after a 2year hiatus. Please stay tuned!!!
