THIS LISTING IS FOR...this antique, large (14 inch) metal emblem sign/plaque representing the Theosophical Society. I believe this is Bronze or maybe Brass. I'm pretty sure it's Bronze but I am not an expert on this antique piece. The Theosophical Society was founded in New York city in 1875. There is some paperwork with it describing the symbols. The symbols are the Om and the Whirling Cross at the top. The Ouroboros which is the serpent swallowing it's tail. The Two Triangles and the Ankh. I can't find another one of these anywhere on the internet so this is a RARE occult item. It is very heavy weighing over 3 lbs.
