It lists the special effects and pyrotechnics to be used in their concert performance, has a diagram of the stage, includes the licenses and certificates, and has the material safety data sheets for the chemicals used. It also has color examples of the pyro effects for specific songs, including I Love This Bar, Whiskey Girl, American Soldier, Good to Go to Mexico, and I Want to Talk About Me. I believe the packet was used for city permitting and to inform crew members and/or safety personnel of the details of the pyro effects to be used. It contains approximately 60 8.5" x 11" pages. This would be a great rare collectible for any Toby Keith fan. You may never find one of these listed ever again. I obtained this, along with some pyro manuals for some other artists' concerts including Godsmack, Ozzy Osbourne, and Destiny's Child, from a local licensed professional that worked on the backstage crew.
