VERY RARE VINTAGE ROYAL COPENHAGEN EASTER VASE 1929

Description: Royal Copenhagen Vase with flower motif, and a banner with the Danish word "Paaske" and the year 1929. This is part of a series of vases that were made to celebrate Easter.According to a website on dating Royal Copenhagen, the mark would predate 1923. There does not appear to be a model number. The vase is 6-3/4", and approximately 4" in diameter.For more detailed information, see the Collector's Guide by Caroline & Nick Pope, which might be able to identify the actual painter by the painter's mark 187 (see photo of base).In excellent condition, free from chips, cracks or restoration, base stamped Royal Copenhagen, any light areas are camera flash.Made in Denmark.
