Description: Very unusual hardwood shoulder compass plane with one and an eighth inch iron. It looks like someone had tried to remove the iron by taking out the wedge but part of the shoulder has been damaged as a result. This piece of wood on the end has broken off I have not tried to remove the wedge. If you know your Woods then you can possibly ascertain what would this is, this particular would has some export restrictions to some countries so I have left that out of the title and description but if you send me a message I will confirm. The total diameter of the shoe is an inch and an eighth full stop the total length of the body is 8.75 inches or expressed in centimeters that is 22.3 cm. Very slight chip to the mouth.
