Description: This is an opportunity to own a rare piece of history minted in 71 AD. This is a genuine and large coin of Vespasian, struck in bronze, and in the exact condition you see pictured. This coin has a nice golden tone. You can clearly read Vespasian on the obverse. This coin is not common at all. It is either RIC 1153 or RIC 1154. Using OCRE, I find 9 documented specimens of version 1153 and 1 documented specimen of version 1154. It is definitely not 1152. This coin, being minted in 71AD has been questioned as being connected to the "Judaea Capta" series, but it is not generally attributed as such.
