Piece is in beautiful condition, Victor Saglier was a French silversmith and ceramist who lived during the 1900s and was known for his Art Nouveau style. This piece is in fantastic condition and I will leave alone the patina it has developed. It is sturdy and well made and taken well care of. There is a monogram (check final photo).
