THE SKIRT HAS A BUILT IN BUSTLE, LINED FULLY IN BLACK TAFFETA WITH THE BOTTOM HEM BOUND IN WOOL BRAID AND INNER BOTTOM HAVING A BLACK SILK TAFFETA RUFFLING.
