There are some rough spots on the applied floral rigaree, and these may be chips. This is difficult to see and doesn’t detract from the appearance. The pontil scar is rough and ugly, and looks to be cracked. There are no markings to identify this vase, but I believe it to be a mid century modern representation of the antique Stevens and Williams Glass.
