Description: This is an absolutely STUNNING antique gold filled stretch bracelet. Over the years (a LOT of them, I just turned 60) I have had HUNDREDS of Victorian stretch bracelets, and this is probably the most impressive of them all. The centerpiece is quite unique and holds a faceted blue stone (could be a gemstone, could be glass - no guarantees on that, sorry). That centerpiece measures approximately 1 1/4" across, with the blue stone being about 1/2" of that. The band is marked "Phoenix Speidel Made" on the inside (and don't get this confused with the mid-century watch bands that Speidel is so well known for - Same company, MUCH earlier). The "stretch" in the band is working perfectly with no issues, and no discernible wear that I could find. Just a FABULOUS piece all the way around!
