These slides may not have much of a description other than the very basics - brand of slide, subject matter and year. Date stamped JUN 67 on back This is an original slide and NOT a duplicate of any kind This photo was taken by a Navy pilot who was also an avid photographer for his own personal collection - this has never been published or seen outside of his family before this. We have a large collection of his slides taken while in the military, and during his career in Hollywood working as a pilot and aviation expert in the television and film industry The slide mount is in excellent condition All slides are handled by us with dust free gloves. We carefully and lightly clean slides with a soft brush and canned air to remove surface dust and debris, and do about 10 seconds of very basic color correction on the computer when needed. No cleaning with any liquid or cloth is ever done by us to remove and fingerprints or marks. Check our other auctions for more aviation slides as we combine multiple items to save on shipping costs. All slides are shipped in a new plastic sleeve with heavy cardboard filler pads on each side to prevent damage by the USPS delivery
