Description: This listing is for a vintage pre-owned 10 karat yellow gold heart pendant with a large blue heart-shaped topaz? stone. There is a small round diamond above the main stone. The pendant is 3/4" tall including the bail, 1/2" wide and 1/4" deep. Gross weight is 2.7 grams. The stone is in the 5 ct. range. From my mother's collection. She purchase the majority of her jewelry from small jewelers in Winnipeg, Manitoba from the 70's to the 90's. Most of the jewelry offered for sale was hand-made in the shop. Unfortunately, this piece was not hallmarked or signed. The diamond was tested (to verify that it is a diamond) and the metal was tested and it is at least 10K gold.
