Description: Up for auction is a set of two 14" Halloween hats made by the Clever Idea Company.They both have paper crepe edges around the edges of the base as seen in the photos, have been distorted from years of storage in the attic.Graphics appear to be in excellent condition...The only Cons: I can find are a small tear near the base of the seam on the ghost hat, but it doesn't seem significant.
