Description: For sale is a Glitzy, "one of a kind" vintage 1900-1920 hand-made wood sleigh, celluloid German Santa face and a flocked Reindeer on a snowy platform. It features a Santa adorned with traditional German red coat, snowball hat, blue pants and red boots. This Santa has piercing blue eyes, a trademark of the 1900's German Santa's. He is holding golden reins in his right hand and an evergreen branch and bell in the other! Santa's Reindeer (circa:1950-60), is flocked and blow-molded in very good condition. The reindeer is adorned with a red hat, red saddle, sparkly green wreath with red berries, four Jingle Bells (2 on each side). Santa's Sleigh is adorned with a large red bag of goodies, and a burlap "Reindeer Feed" bag in the back of sleigh. Under the platform is red & green felt for protection. This glitzy display is an eye catcher! The platform is 25" long x 4 1/2" wide and 11" at the highest point.
