Looks like it might be for 1913, but not sure. Black & Yellow enamel on sterling silver backing. Size about 5/8". Back is marked BASTIAN BROS. CO. ROCH. N.Y. STERLING. There are scratches in the enamel, mostly in the black triangle below '13. Only seen at certain angles. Good, used condition, unless specified. See pics and description.
