Description: Handmade by my grandma in the early 1980s. My mother wore this dress for her wedding. Made for 5'6 height and between 110 & 120 lbs. It was sealed and stored air tight in plastic/cardboard- professional seal, for three and half decades. The family opened it for my sister n laws wedding (2016). We took some of the buttons off the sleeve for tradition. So, the left sleeve cuff is without buttons and the right sleeve cuff is missing one button (see photos). It is a one -of -a -kind dress, made to mock the country-prairie early 1900s. It is three pieces all together. The hat with connected veil, the lace skirt and the top dress. The back veil reaches to the mid buttocks. It would need to be pressed and dry cleaned. It has been tucked away in a box in a dry clean environment.
