Description: This is a 1940 softcover copy of 250 Classic Cake Recipes by the Culinary Arts Institute, 40 pages. There is a rip at the spine about 1 inch down from the top (front and back covers are separate in that spot); there is a surface rip at the upper right front cover; outer corners of the back cover are a bit bent; there are some faint spots at the bottom of the first few pages, but overall the pages look very good.
