Tom Surprise was a very well known sign painter in the area, and painted billboards, ads, and made signs from the 1930’s until around the 1980’s. Piece is in nice used shape with only minor aging and wear to contend with from storage and use, as well as some edge wear, and measures 11” X 10 1/2”.
