Description: Item for sale is a vintage 1940's Disston D-23 26" 11pt. saw. This saw has seen some solid use and the handle has the scars to show for it. Tip of handle has damage. Initials have been scratched into the back side of handle. Blade has oxidized to the point where the etching is just visible, but not readable, when held at an angle to the light. Blade has been lightly oiled to slow further oxidation. Please see pictures for more details.Weight: 1 lb. 7 oz.
