Sold as shown. We have not tried to test it with fuel. It is dusty and dirty but I have not tried to clean it. I will leave that to the new owner. Expected patina from age, some dings to the wood, etc. The 17" boat says "Buckeye" on the sides. I can't figure out what the writing said on the top of the boat.
