Description: This map is in good condition for its age. There are light stains present and it does smell old and musty. When the map is fully open it is in really nice condition. It does have a piece missing from the front cover, I pictured them as best as I could. When fully opened it is 25.5 inches tall by 36 inches wide. I will ship inside of a cardboard line manila envelope to avoid further bending and damage. Please see pictures they are of the actual pieces that you will receive.
