Description: This is a Vintage circa 1959 RCA Victor model 1-RG-34 pocket transistor radio with case Coat pocket sized radio, slightly smaller than a Zenith Royal 500 but with a similar shape and somewhat similar battery layout.It is in average shape cosmetically, shows some wear but I don't see any cracks nor chips THE WIRE STAND/HANDLE THAT WRAPS AROUND THE RADIO IS MISSINGI tried it with a 4 aa batteries and it did play, but some of the battery contacts are rusty and it took a while to wiggle the batteries in just right to get it to play. It got a few stations but volume control is touchy so overall the radio is offered asis, needing repairs or alignment, and not guaranteed to work.
