It is made of a black sheer silk organza fabric, with a woven braided black vinyl fabric trim edging. This beautiful black halo hat has a round layered ruffles open crown top style, with a sheer organza covering the top, is black net lined with attached hair combs underneath and has "An Original Mr. Stanley New York" designer label sewn inside. The hat measures 7 inches wide across and is 21 1/2 inches inside crown circumference. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of millinery art!
