Description: Vintage 1960's William Ruser style 14kt Yellow Gold, Sapphires & Mississippi Freshwater pearls Cherub Pin/Brooch (The family that this came from says it is William Ruser, but it is not signed) This is a lovely vintage 1950/60's unsigned William Ruser 14kt yellow gold pearl and sapphire pin/brooch. The back of this pin is marked 14k, and weighs approximately 20.7 grams. This piece measures to be approximately 2 1/8" long by 1 3/8" wide. This pin has thirteen pearls in the halo, each pearl is approximately 3.1 mm in diameter.There are two sapphire eyes, each one is approximately 1.1 mm in diameter. The cherub is walking on three pearls, each one is approximately 3/8" long by 1/2" wide. William Ruser is based in Beverly Hills California and later closed in 1969. This item is previously owned. This pin/brooch has light ware and some of the glue has turned yellow because of age.
