Fun vintage liquid silver and turquoise nugget choker from the mid 1970's. Measuring a total of 14 1/4", this necklace is a true choker that hits right at the adams apple part of the neck. The necklace features a good sized 5/8" long natural turquoise nugget with 2 small turquoise beads. The 2 longish silver beads that flank the nugget are also 5/8" long. The choker closes with a barrel screw clasp which was quite popular back in the day. There are a couple of things I would like to point out....First, while I am fairly certain the silver is sterling ( as it cleaned up well in the areas I tackled, I'll leave the rest of the cleaning to the buyer), I cannot find a mark stating so. Also, since the item was handmade, the barrel clasp in the back is a bit off centered. However, this does NOT affect the wearability of the necklace.
