Description: Very good condition 1971 S. Yairi model 650 Mahogany back and sides, solid top classical guitar and SKB hard case. Beautiful sound, Tuners work great, good resonance and volume. Excellent action with no buzzing, sweet tone. Condition is very good with a few small dings and surface scratches in the finish, no bare wood. Has repaired, cleated cracks on top near end of bridge that was professionally done. They are near invisible and in no way affect the sound or playability of the guitar. Case is durable and the correct size. Competitively priced. The S.Yairi guitars were all HAND MADE with excellent craftsmanship. You can't buy a better classical guitar in this price range. You can feel the resonance...the whole guitar body vibrates against your chest and you play it. It's extraordinarily resonant.
