Ink writing with 1975 date and title “Tattered Flags”. There is a label from the framing studio which was attached to the cardboard backing and came loose. Condition is pre-owned. There is DAMAGE to the white cardboard matte backing. There is paper loss and discoloration along the top and some staining on bottom left.
