Vintage 1979 Space War Light Up Target Game by Arco Industries

Description: This is for 1 vintage space target toy. 1979 Space War Light-Up Target Game It originally came with a gun that shoots darts. I believe the point of the game was to shoot one of the 5 targets, which would push that inwards and turn the light on. There's a piece on the side that you push in and it resets all the targets. Tested and it lights up! However there are some issues I notice. Some times the light stay on regardless if it's pushed in or not. Also, you kind of have to push it in harder for the lights to work well. And I notice some times the lights are flickering, which I believe is an intended feature but I'm not 100% on that - they're not the brightest lights.. but all 5 lights do work! If it was meant to also have sounds - I do not know.. but there's no sounds when the targets are pushed in. On the side there's a compartment, but I do not know what that would hold. Perhaps that's where you placed the gun originally? It takes 2 D-Size Batteries to operate (not included) What you see is what you get - This is the main target portion of the game. Known missing: 2 stand pieces, the gun, darts and original box. Overall the decals are in pretty good shape. I see some slight bubbling/raised areas, but overall good. The unit itself has some cosmetic issues such as scratches, scuffs, etc. Larger scratches on the back side. It displays well! Please see all photos. Dated 1979 by Arco Industries LTD. Made of plastic, it measures approx. 15x10 inches. 2 inches deep. CONDITION - Preowned - Target piece only as seen in the photos. All lights work. Item has some wear/scratches/cosmetic type issues.
