My poor arthritic hands couldn't clean them anymore. I tried my best. So I am being honest. The need a touch more love . The snow on the bottom of some look dirty on the creases..but hey...so does real snow that you stand on. You simply use Dawn dishwashing soap and water to clean then rinse with warmer water. I mean these were BAD. The brown color you see was the entire thing so I did a lot of work. They now look like a million bucks compared to before. I do accept returns but will not for someone saying IT'S DIRTY I WANT A RETURN. There are a couple spots on each that need a little love. All fingers/toes/bows etc are still entact.
