Chalkboard has aging / wear , wood is distressed with typical scuffs and distress. The back still has original paper cover. That paper has what looks to be some water stains. I did not deep clean, this will be up to the buyer. I think it looks great in its vintage distressed state, but it also would be a great piece to restore.
