Has Xavier signature in either Red or pink thus not sure if it is 1986 or 1989. Doll has number 8 on the back of the head along with a 99. Doll has cute romper, socks and shoes, one shoe is slightly stained/sticky.. Measurement from bottom of shoes to top of head appears to be 17". See photos.
