Vintage 1989-90 "CHERRY MERRY MUFFIN" ICE CREAM DOLL PANTS ONLY ~ NO DOLL!

Description: A while back eBay began a program to "increase the visibility" of seller's items for an additional percentage of the items final selling price...that's on TOP of the regular 12.5% Transaction fees (shipping charges & tax included!). While the program is optional, NOT using it means that your items aren't advertised on eBay pages, so they aren't "seen" by buyers as much as other listings. I've had $5 sales where the combined Transaction & Promotional fees have been over 50% of the earnings. What's left often barely covers what I needed to pay for the item originally (I don't get my items for Free), not to mention boxes, bubble wrap, tape, ink, etc. It's particularly hard on "small-time" sellers for whom high volume sales aren't an option to make up for the loss per item.
