The figure is a super generic bad guy thug, with a cowboy hat and ninja star pants. Yee haw! The figure includes an alternate Ninja Turtle head and accessories to make him some sort of super mutant abomination. The backing card shows some wear, with dings on the bottom corners and some color breaking veins. The blister bubble shows wear, with crushing and denting.
