Description: Vintage Soft Latex Rubber Rat.Early version as used at Knott's Scary Farm in Buena Park, CA from 1990-1994. These rats used to be placed all over the park during the Holiday season. Glued and wired into place, this rat still has residue underneath from some type of adhesive. This rat is a very soft latex with fiber fill, and amazingly still has its tail intact. Small cracks in the latex from age, but overall an excellent display piece. Most of these rats did not survive the years or the elements. This rat was considered particularly gruesome for the time period as the new style of rubber "gore" Halloween props was just beginning. Great piece of Halloween history.
