Womens Vintage 50s Skirt in excellent clean condition. Acquired from original owner who was having a skirt custom made in the 1950s, not completed and had it stored away for close to 74 years. Vintage 1950s fabric for a skirt that was being custom made but was not completely finished. Black, blue and white semi lightweight fabric, feels like cotton or cotton blend, no fabric label. There is an area near top side where it appears a zipper was going to be inserted, top of waist unfinished and has loose threads, the skirt hem is sewn and completed, there are some tiny stains on fabric and two pinholes, one stain on inside can’t be seen from outside, shown in photos. Don’t pass up this rare find. Great addition for your vintage 1950s skirt and dress collection. Approx measurements top of waist from left side to right side 42 ¾ inches, top of waist to bottom hem 28 1/8 inches.
