The frame has been repainted at some point, it has a Reynolds Respray Decal, back in the day if you repainted a frame you could get a respray decal from Reynolds Tubing Co., (they did this to eliminate counterfeit 531 frames). My best guess is it's a 60's frame that's been update with some modern braze-ons.
