This is a Vintage scale Bass case, From my best research it is 60's/70's made, it has made in Japan on the latches so I believe it may be made in Japan, It looks similar to some Univox and Gibson cases I have seen, Gibson and Uniox both had yellow and black cases in that time frame however I do not know the brand of the case or the model of the guitar it was made for, please see the pics to help you on the condition and the size of the case. It is a hardshell case and has original the key and the lock and key still work as should and all latches and handle are in good working condition. It has some places were the tolex is pulled loose on the outside of the case, but can be glued back ( see pics ). It is solid and clean on the inside. Measurements are approx: Lower bout 13 1/4" wide waist 9 3/8" wide upper bout measuring 11 1/2 " at an angle form right to left bout head stock 5 1/4" wide 43 1/2 inces Long on the inside ( tip to tip ).
