The voluminous skirt has five lovely tiers of crinoline edged in lace at the back, with a row of crinoline underneath the front hem of the overskirt, AND three more rows at the front hem of the underskirt! It was hand-embellished by me for extra posh. (No labels but it appears to be synthetic material.)
