The Middletown Fire Company is in Delaware County, Delco, Pennsylvania near Media. The 1 7/8" by 1 7/8" screw back badge is in excellent condition. The inside of the hat reads "6 3/4, Made In U. S. A." with a "Union Made" seal. The original 60s/70's business card of the company that made the hat is in the protective plastic pocket - "Rothman Uniform Co., 2nd & Saville Avenue, Eddystone, Pa., 19013, TR 4-7145-6". The hat in very good used condition. The hat and obsolete badge are sold as is and as pictured with returns not accepted. $12.00 USPS postage.
