Vintage '73 Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin Thin Chrome Dining Chairs ~ Set of 6

Description: Iconic Set of Six (6) Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin Thin-line Chrome Dining Chairs in original fabric. This is a fresh set purchased from the estate of the original owner. Thayer Coggin tags on underside of chairs date this set to 1973. These chairs are entirely original and in untouched condition. The chrome on each chair is excellent, near a 10 on a 10 scale. The original nubby, neutral fabric is what I believe to be some sort of Wool/Cotton blend. It's sun tinted, or faded a bit on some of the chairs ... they could certainly be left as is, or of course you could recover to your specific desire. The cushioning is fine and comfortable on every chair. Looking at them you could tell a couple chairs were sat in more than the others. 21" Wide x 22" D x 36" H, seat height 18" Often referred to as the 'design classic 1187' chair, Milo Baughman introduced these dining chairs in 1971 for Thayer Coggin, and today they are a quintessential Mid-Century design statement. This set of six from 1973 is one owner and entirely original, untouched! My price INCLUDES SHIPPING ... via either LTL Freight or private carrier at my discretion. My promise to you is you'll receive your chairs within 3 weeks from received payment should you require shipping. But local pickup is preferred for best pricing at my warehouse in Temple, PA 19560. We will obviously accept lower offers for local pickup, and if you need it shipped the closer you are to PA the better pricing I can do. If you are West of the Mississippi, I'm not going to be able to do much, if anything, on price due to the cost of transportation.
