Description: Offered for Sale is this AMAZING Art Deco Era Bakelite bracelet. The bracelet is a solid goldenrod color that has FABULOUS open work flower and leaf inspired carvings! The bracelet has three evenly spaced deeply carved flower designs that are accentuated with abstract open work and slash carving around the outside of the bracelet. Gorgeous! Based on its patina, the floral design and the materials used in making the bangle, I believe the bracelet was made in the 1930-1940's. The bracelet measures 7/8" wide with a 2.5" interior diameter. The bracelet weighs 38 grams. The condition of the bracelet is very good. One of the flower petals in the lower left of photo #1 has a small chip, likely occurring when the bracelet was initially carved. No other chips, scratches, or other wear related condition issues were noted.
