Criss cross draping across basque bodice.. Ruching down front and back of pencil skirt.. The bottom of dress is a double ruffle on the hem of the lining. Handkerchief scalloped hem. Long lace sleeves with puffed caps and tapered to wrist. No shoulder pads, but a ruffle insert in sleeve cap. Back zip. In excellent vintage condition. From a smoke-free home.
