Description: A bold and luxurious look from 80s evening wear designer, Wayne Clark! The billowing bodice is beautifully draped in a fun goldfish print black chiffon that continues onto the voluminous balloon sleeves cuffed with beaded trim. Open slit up the back that's covered by the layers of chiffon. The beading continues on the chest under the chiffon, and around the wide waistband.
