Description: Vintage American Optical AO 12K GF 5 1/2 Pilot Aviator Sunglasses.. These have been professionally cleaned and the lenses have been replaced with new old stock American optical lenses. The temple pieces have also been replaced with new old stock. All work has been done by Northwest Frame Repair out of Washington. Northwest Frame has partnered with American Optical to provide repairs and restorations on all of their vintage models. They have also acquired all of the remaining new/old stock inventory for the Original Pilot. There is some discoloration on the right side under the temple piece (see pic). Comes with original case.
